After the start of the catalytic reaction, the exhaust gas can be preheated with the recovered reaction heat as much as possible. In the case of large heat response, should also be set up waste heat recovery device to save energy.
The heat source temperature of the preheated exhaust gas generally exceeds the active temperature of the catalyst. In order to protect the catalyst, the heating device should be kept at a distance from the catalytic combustion unit, which also allows the exhaust gas temperature distribution to be uniform.

In the catalytic combustion of organic waste gas, the organic waste gas to be treated at high temperature is mixed with air to cause an explosion, and safety is very important. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to control the mixing ratio of organic matter and air to the lower limit of the explosion. On the other hand, the catalytic combustion system should be equipped with monitoring alarm device and explosion-proof measures.
